"The Glory of God"

This phrase has captured our hearts at New Hope, and well it should, for it captivates the heart of Almighty God. Daily we are learning to embrace the reality that we exist both individually and corporately for one reason - to see God glorified. From teaching in our homes to sports leagues in the community, from compassionate outreach in Mexico to door to door evangelism in Northeast India, the glory of God is being revealed and people are bowing down to His Name.

As a pastor, the glory of God is the fuel that inflames my vision for all we do. I long for New Hope to be a place where new believers and seasoned veterans of the faith come to learn better how to love God with all their heart and soul and mind, and love their neighbors as themselves.

I long for New Hope to be a place where soldiers in Christ's army can come to worship, receiving the refreshment God willingly pours out on those who live for His glory. I long for New Hope to be a place where training for the battle is on-going, a launching pad for the spreading of God's passion to fill the earth with His glory.

This is our vision, this is our prayer - may it be so, oh God.
